For the past seven years, Sarah has been making a difference in the lives of our clients and our team through her unwavering commitment to helping others. She has a unique gift for building meaningful relationships, listening to people's stories, and helping them navigate some of life's biggest financial decisions with confidence, care, and compassion.

One of the things you'll notice about Sarah is that she genuinely loves helping people. Whether she's helping a client prepare for retirement, mentoring an Allied teammate, or simply checking in to see how someone's doing, she always takes the time to make people feel heard and supported. She has a way of making complex financial topics feel approachable while never losing sight of what matters most: the people behind the plan.

Sarah is the kind of person who is always willing to go the extra mile. She isn't just invested in helping clients create financial plans, she's invested in helping them enjoy the lives they've worked so hard to build. Seeing clients retire, travel, spend time with family, and pursue their dreams is one of the things that fuels her passion for the work she does.

She also brings an incredible energy to Allied. Her positivity is contagious, her dedication to our clients is steadfast, and her commitment to our team here at Allied makes everyone around her better. And while she spends her days helping our retirement and personal clients plan for the future, she'd be the first to tell you that life is all about balance. If there's sunshine, good company, and a patio involved, Sarah is probably in her happy place.

In honor of her 7-year anniversary, here's a chance to get to know Sarah a little better:

Born and raised: Glendive, Montana

What do you enjoy most about serving clients?

Over the course of my career, I've had the privilege of working with people for many years, often starting when they're focused on growing their businesses and building their careers, and eventually watching them step into retirement. That is incredibly rewarding. I love knowing that I've played a small part in helping them prepare for that next chapter, but even more, I love seeing them actually enjoy the things they worked and planned for, whether that's traveling, spending time with family, or pursuing passions and dreams they've had for years.

I also really enjoy hearing people's stories. I love learning how they started their businesses, the challenges they've overcome, and how they got to where they are today. Those relationships are one of the most rewarding parts of what I do.

What do you enjoy most about working at Allied?

The culture. It's unlike anything I've experienced in my career. We truly have a special relationship with our clients. They invite us into their lives, not just their financial lives, and we get to celebrate important milestones with them, whether that's around their dinner table, at a favorite activity, or simply sitting down together and catching up.

Our team is pretty special, too. We have so many talented, driven people who genuinely care about doing a great job and, most importantly, helping our clients. There's a shared passion for doing the right thing and taking care of people, and I think that comes through in everything we do.

What do you like to do when you're not working?

Spending time with my husband and three girls, and travel whenever I get the chance.

Favorite Montana or Wyoming destination?

There are so many! The Flathead Valley is a favorite summer destination, and I also love the quaint and charming towns nearby, especially Cody and Red Lodge.

Favorite local restaurant?

City Vineyard or Jake's Downtown.

Coffee or tea?

Coffee. Black!
