Marquette Payton is a Director, Practice Management with the Specialist Consulting Group at Janus Henderson Investors. In this role, she provides thoughtful guidance and consultation to financial professionals in strategic support of their goals to help them achieve differentiated business success. She is also a keynote speaker for national and international financial professional and investor audiences on topics such as client acquisition, client loyalty, life wellness, financial education, women and investing, and diversity and inclusion. Prior to joining Janus in 2011, she worked as a manager at American Century Investments, where she led and coached a team that focused on consultative solutions to meet the financial goals of retail clients. Marquette received a Bachelor of Science degree in microbiology with a minor in chemistry from New Mexico State University, where she was recognized as a Crimson Scholar. She holds FINRA Series 7, 63, and 26 securities licenses as well as the Certified Divorce Financial Analyst (CDFA®) and Chartered Retirement Plans Specialist (CRPS®) designations. Marquette is a Kolbe certified consultant. She is currently pursuing a Professional Coaching Credential through the International Coaching Federation. Taylor Pluss is an Executive Director, Defined Contribution Specialist, West division, with the Specialist Consulting Group at Janus Henderson Investors. In this role, Taylor provides thoughtful advice and consultation to her Janus Henderson peers and financial advisors regarding some of today’s most complex retirement issues. She also helps leads Janus Henderson’s national Women and Wealth initiatives. Previously, she worked as a client consultant for Janus’ Chicago region, where she helped financial advisors grow their business. Steve Blom is the founder of Big Sky Retirement and has 30+ years of experience as a Third Party Administrator (TPA) for retirement plans. Steve has a gift for designing retirement plans that suit the unique needs of his clients, from small professional groups to large companies. Steve’s analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to explain technical concepts in everyday language have rightfully earned his clients’ trust. He is adept at all aspects of qualified retirement plan administration including plan design, consulting, conversions, compliance testing, and government reporting. Prior to Big Sky Retirement Steve was a partner in charge of TPA services for Galusha Higgins & Galusha and Wipfli. Steve received a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the University of Dayton. He has earned the Certified Pension Consultant (CPC) and Qualified Pension Administrator (QPA) designations from the American Society of Pension Professionals and Actuaries (ASPPA), the Enrolled Retirement Plan Agent (ERPA) designation from the IRS, as well as previously holding the NASD Series 6 certification. In his free time Steve enjoys camping, backpacking, mountain biking and skiing with his wife and two sons.

Retirement Learning Center (RLC) co-founder Andy Larson is a respected authority, lecturer and thought leader in the retirement industry with over 40 years of experience. Andy's background includes consulting with major recordkeeping platforms, advanced sales support for intermediaries and extensive plan governance support and consulting. As an executive, he ran the recordkeeping and consulting practice for Universal Pensions, Inc. (UPI). He has served as an adjunct professor for Minnesota's Central Lakes College system and provides expert witness services on retirement topics. Andy co-authored RLC's book, Retirement Resource Guide: Essential ERISA Education & Best Practices for Financial Advisors. He is a University of St. Thomas graduate with a Certified Pension Consultant (CPC) designation from the American Society of Pension Professionals and Actuaries. Andy's interests include history, running, and swimming, and he owns a thriving brewery and taproom. He is involved with numerous civic organizations and serves on various boards and commissions.

My goal is to help ensure positive outcomes for advisors, employers and their employees. In 2004, I joined Principal and have a Bachelor of Arts degree in 1992 from North Carolina State University. I also hold the Series 6 (Variable Securities), Series 63 (Blue Sky Laws) securities registrations from the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) and North Carolina Life and Health License. Kelli Beauregard, C(k)P© is a Director and Defined Contribution Market Leader for BlackRock's U.S. & Canada Defined Contribution Group. In her role, Kelli manages BlackRock's defined contribution relationships in the Pacific Northwest region and Hawaii. She is charged with building out retirement plan distribution for Blackrock strategies through financial advisors, consultants, TPAs and Record Keeping platforms, while helping to enhance the overall financial future of our clients. Prior to joining Blackrock, Kelli held a similar role at Columbia Threadneedle Investments for over 11 years and began her career with Fidelity Investments in 2004. Throughout her career she has been committed to delivering solutions to help consultants and plan sponsors drive success in their corporate retirement plans. Kelli earned a BS in Business Administration from Bryant University and holds the C(k)P© designation. She has served on the boards of the Seattle Chapter of WE Inspire. Promote. Network. (WIPN) as well as the ASPPA Benefits Council of the Great Northwest, and is an active supporter of multiple Western Pension & Benefits chapters in the region.
